This is a scammer trying to get your bank information. I am assuming that they got our name and phone number from the whole Target saga. We have been issued a new card but they now know I have an account with Chase! I called and verified with Chase and that number is NOT from them. Instead of complaining on here REPORT THEM to to 1-877-FTC-HELP!! Maybe if enough people report them they will check it out!
People here are not 'complaining' as you claim. Were it not for sites such as this few would be the wiser as to the multiple scams around. Take your own advice.
Thank you for posting - I happened to answer the one call, but got a "beep" noise so I hung up. Scrolling through my phone, I see I received another call from them earlier in the day. No message. Will program the number as "spam" and report them to the FCC, since we are unlisted and have been on the Do Not Call Registry for quite some time (I'll re-up the registry info, though, just in case!).
