Discover Fraud Dept. It is a legit number. I didn't answer and then my accounts were locked. Had to call them to unlock the accounts. Said they tried to call. Told them this number is marked as a spam number, not to be trusted.
Got a call from this number. Since it came up "Unavailable," I did not answer. They left a voicemail but only gave a name (Laurice) and said it was important that I call them back. If you don't tell me who you are, what company you are calling from, and why you are calling, I am NOT going to call you back. Besides, I have Discover and they are always emailing and texting me if they need something. This felt sketchy, so after looking at this I am not calling back. Additionally, when I did a reverse number look up it related to a cell phone number not a land line type.
Discover Biz, card survey. Caller wanted to ask me general questions about how we use the card, what we like or don't like about it, how they could improve their service. He never asked for personal information that would indicate a scam.
