Called and it was dead air. BLOCK!

Received call no message. Scam

I answered the call from 801-903-2233, they hung up immediately. I called the number back, person said they are the National Healthcare Enrollment Center for Obama Healthcare. I asked her why they are calling me when my phone number is on the do not call registry. No answer. She said call the number back and press 2. #2 option is for Spanish. I blocked the number and reported to do not call complaint!

Called automated voice message and I hung up

I rarely answer unknown numbers but accidentally did this one. It was a recording about health insurance enrollment. I hung up and blocked it.
