Said they represented Chase Bank.  They asked for my birth date and social security number.  Of course I did not give that information to them.  This is fraud!  No bank should ask that over the phone.  They should have that information already in their file if they were Chase Bank.  Identity theft is what they are after!  I'm going to investigate this further.
