Just got a call from this number which is labeled as HOBI S. The number has the same area code and prefix of my phone number. A person with  a very heavy accent said something to me. I could not understand the person. But I believe he said he was calling about some stolen something. I told him that I could not understand him and hanged up.
After 5 minutes, I called this number there was some one answered the phone..I asked if someone there just called me, I was then transferred. So I hanged up. Anyone knows anything?
