Today, I returned the call hiding our number 1 hour later, the caller immediately cut me off before the phone rung twice.
According   http:800notes.com, the caller has used 801-948-9573  to call many people up for solar energy installation since 09.10.2015. I don't know why www.ftc.gov or www.fcc.cgov has not stopped it & fine it for  $.100,000.00 to $.200,000.00

Called about 1:45 PM PST.  More solar nonsense. Ignore and block.
