Received a call from this number but never leaves a message. It is constant. Do not know who they are.

Got a call from this message. Left a voice mail. It was just music, the kind you hear when they put you on hold. The music went on for a couple of minutes.

This is a debt collection agency not located in the area the call seems to come from.  The company is caller i.d. spoofing.
