I didn't answer but Google says its for Heroin - Addiction Detox Centers.

the call was block,   it a robotics call  so i think they were asking for money

Called cell.  Did not leave message.

I just got another call from this number.  When I asked him to quit calling my phone number since it is a work number he replied rudely and has a filthy mouth - he could not even tell me my number yet he swears I called him.  This gentleman sounds like addiction is part of his problem.   Sadly with all those out there with drug and alcohol problems, he is a terrible representative of those who really need help.   If he is working for someone he needs help!

I answered, "hello, hello" but nobody said anything. Hung up after that.
