Got a text message today in St. Louis in response to our Craigslist ad. I blocked the number without responding.

Same thing - text to see if CL add available still-would send check and not arrange pickup until it clears bank. Please!

Today I had the same request from this number. "Send me your name and address and I'll mail you the check." YEAH RIGHT.  Cash at point of sale, please.

Last week I received a similar reply from the same exact phone number.  I'm having him send me a check.  He claims he's from Visalia, CA.  I want to see what his bogus check looks like.  Also to ascertain from what "bank."  As if I'm going to fall for this fools games....NOT!!!!

I received the following text tonight in response to my craigslist ad - Please confirm if your ad on craigslist is available for sale.  I said yes and he responded with the same response as most of you:  "Sure i'm gonna be buying & i'm paying you a check...also gonna wait till check clears before item is picked up.  Send me names and address so i can mail payment.  Rob

Yeah, sure pal...number is now blocked.  Beware y'all!
