Illegal telemarketing call. This scammer was offering grant writing assistance.
The US doesn't offer grants to individuals - and definitely not as this moron claimed - to use to pay your bills.
The number showing on my caller ID was a FAKED number - VoIP internet throwaway phone number. No real company hides from the public - only the criminals. Real businesses use working phone numbers - they want people to call them.
Just called the number back with my id blocked. I was connected to a recording asking if I wanted to opt out of their promotional items. It's a Spammer...
This number had a computer generated voice that could actually communicate with me. They were offering me debt help. I don't have debt. I turned them in to the feds. I am on the do not call list.
