Robo call about reducing credit card interest rates. This unsolicited call to a number on the DNC then links to "Higher Goals Marketing" in Kissimmee, Florida. The first question asked.... "do you have a credit card?" Complete and total scam.

This is a re-incarnation of the old "Rachael from card services" credit card scam. Got a call from "Mariana Islands" (670-859-1758) with a robo-call... "Hi, this is Heather with important credit card information". The recording went on about nonsense "new laws" that were going to adversely impact our credit cards. Pushed "1" and got a young lady who said she was with Higher Goals Marketing in Florida... claimed they represented and worked with hundreds of lenders and credit card issuers all over United States.
It's a scam ! All they want is to steal your personal information and credit card #. Then they'll sell it to people who will drain your accounts.
A credit relief company (good, bad, or ugly) wouldn't brand itself as a "marketing" firm. A legitimate company (a) doesn't hide behind spoofed telephone numbers, (b) wouldn't not have a Website with contact information, and (c) would not go to great lengths to conceal their contact information (telephone #s; email address).

Robo-calls are illegal; calls to numbers on the "Do Not Call" list are more illegal; scam calls are really illegal (economic terrorism).
