Who called from 8032192018

It's more likely a scammer than a telemarketer. The do not call list only stops law abiding businesses and telemarketers from calling you.

I don't know if it's true, but I think signing up for the list makes us more prone to having scammers call. I rarely got scam calls before signing up.
