These people do not stop! This is the second "spurt" of calls from these people. I made the previous comment and they keep on going. Five attempt this before they gave up finally.
Got a call from this number. Correct last name but wrong first name. Said that I should refer to a certain reference number and that things look good for me.
Got a call from a different number asking me to call back to this number (803-560-0587). Also referenced a fax order and stated that the review looked favorable. Came here to see what's going on, since the number that the call originated from (253-275-4723) is in Washington state, while the number to call is in S. Carolina! Sounds fisht to me!
2 calls from this number so far. 1st was male stating I needed to return his call about something and left a short reference number. 2nd call was a woman who said she was from VFR and needed me to verify information so she could process my request. Left the exact same message on my husband's voicemail 2 minutes after she left it on mine. Number is blocked.
Received a call from this number 1-19-16 while I was out. Left message almost identical to above. Amanda Taylor for xxxxxxx xxxxx (my wife's name from past marriage) with BSR Services regarding a fax order for delivery to (wrong address). Must call back to 803-560-0587 , and refer to file number 68420. Our senior partners are reviewing this matter and it looks favorable for you.
BTW - the name they used has not been correct for over 15 years. It is disturbing that that they had my home number which is listed under my name, and my wife's past name. It sounds like someone who has their hands on some hacked data, and may be trying to fish for enough additional data to steal an identity.
Scammed called my sister in law and told her I had unclaimed something then phone went dead the number of the scamer is 8035600587 I am making a police report please don't buy into this it's a scam ty
