These people do not stop! This is the second "spurt" of calls from these people. I made the previous comment and they keep on going. Five attempt this before they gave up finally.
Pretending the need to deliver a package advised no orders then said I have payday loan advised not true then asking proprietary information hang up and block the number please report this number total scam. File police report.
Police won't do anything because it is not in their purview. Here is where you should report:

I just saw this number in the caller ID here at work. I let the call go to the "hold" line. They hung up and called five more times hoping someone would answer. I put the call on "hold" each time, with the chance to check and see if this number was legit. NO ITS NOT! Never answer a number you don't know! Once they know the call will be answered, they will keep on trying and trying. Don't give them the chance.
