This person called yesterday, left a phone number on my cell w/no message.
As a missed call, i called back speaking to someone from a collection agency.
they wanted a case number to give me more specifics. I said there was no
number left...they asked for my social security number which i would not give them. They were a collection agency? I do not owe any outstanding bills.
I told them I did not think they were legal so I was unable to know where it
really was from except phone number of 803-744-3113.

This person has beeb calling every day of the week (5 days) for 5 or 6 weeks straight. They would always leave a voice mail message saying they are a collection agency. I have tried to block it as it is on my cell phone and haven't been able to do. Have sent messages back to them saying not to call. Now am answering and immediately hanging up and nothing has helped. This is so troublesome. I don't need this as I am an elderly person who is 85 years old. I just need it to stop. We keep our bills paid and only know of a small thing that hasn't been paid and feel it was charged falsely.
