Correction: the DNC list DID work. You're not getting calls from legitimate telemarketers, are you? I bet not. You're getting them from scammers who don't care about the DNC list.
I called back the 3 most recent numbers, including this one and each time I was routed to a recording that said to press 9 to be taken off the call list. I can only assume all three are telemarketers.
