He called right back, I clicked it on and clicked it off. GO TO YOUR PHONE CARRIER AND BLOCK THESE NUMBERS. I CAN BLOCK 100 WITH MY PHONE CARRIER ON MY ACCOUNT.
That will do no good. If they don't care that they are breaking the do not call laws do you think they will stop calling just because you ask them not to? They will just spoof another number and hit you with a different scam.

Go to your phone carrier online account and find where you can block texts and you can block anything from that number. I do it all the time. I can block up to a 100.
