If you have an iPhone - add the number to your block numbers list. I'm not entirely sure if Android has the same feature, but it has worked for me.

I have received many calls from this number. I pressed 1 to speak to someone regarding lowering my credit card rate. When I asked them to remove my name from their call list they hung up.

Scammers took the holiday off. They called me on the 24th and now the 26th. The FTC can't stop all the copycats out there.
