This man argued with me. Very rude. He said they were a survey and they had not called us before. Thats not true, they call almost every day. I am sick and tired of these calls.
Yet another unwelcome call from this Moorpark VOIP arrived today, more than 1 year since the last call on May 2, 2016. Once again, when the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
According to many posters, this is a scam solar energy contractor (probably unlicensed), of whom many are illegally dialing for dollars. The perpetrator may pretend to be from the DWP or the Edison Co.
