Who called from 8053176860

Called twice today and left voicemails asking for a return call. Claimed to be from Social Security and that my number has been suspended.

Called today and left this message:"This is Linda calling from the Office of Inspector General of social security administration. This is your final reminder. Your social security number has been suspended. Please contact the emergency help line number 805-317-6860. I repeat 805-317-6860. Thank you."  Called back and got a recording "the google subscriber you are calling is not available

I received a call from 8053176860 who said this is from the office of inspector general of ss admin and your ss # has been suspended. Call the above #

I received the exact same message twice today. May 10 2017. I am blocking the number.

They called me today, I called them back and the convo went like this (remember, I called them back)
They answered and mumbled a greeting about the social security administration in a thick Indian accent
Me: "what country are you calling from?"
Them: "India"
Me: "Why would the SSA be using another country to deal with suspended social security numbers?"
Them: hung up!
