If you feel the DNC list doesn't work (which it does), why do you keep adding your number to it? Which you don't have to do, by the way. Once you add your number to the list, it's there until you remove it.
A man called me from this number and screamed "HELLO!" into my answering machine about 15 times.
The Caller ID read: XXXXXXXXX CA 805-511-3636.
Anyone who blocks their name by using "XXX" on their Caller ID is obviously bad news.
Got called 6-11-17 on a Sunday 8:00 AM in the morning from this number. Same caller id as everyone above.. Telemarketer scam for Contractor Home Improvement. Funny I have a unlisted number and never give my number out. PLUS I am NOT a home owner. I live in an apartment. I demanded they take my number off there list. I was laughed at and hung up on. I BLOCKED the number.
Thank You for the info Tygerkat. I also add my number every year to the Do Not Call List. I know that does not work either. Blocking the numbers help. The tele. company's need to do something about spoofed number. But I have read they won't because they make to much money off the Scammers.
