I received two calls on my cellphone today so I contacted [email protected] and got a quick reply:
Thank you for contacting us. These calls are not coming from Point Mugu or the Navy. We've received several reports of solicitors calling from numbers showing Point Mugu as a caller ID over the past year, although yours is the first in quite some time. We've collected those reports and provided them to the phone company for disposition. I will add yours to the list.

Caller ID shows "Marketing" .  Was not answered and is now blocked.

Got 3 calls within 3 minutes from this number.  Comes up as Point Magu.  Called back - woman speaking spanish answers.  I hung up.  Block the call.

I got 66 calls in a row from this number on my skype account number.
