Called cell at 11:23 & 11:26 AM (called 2nd time while I was on 800 Notes) Have family who work for City of Oxnard and live in Ventura, but their work and cell numbers are already in my contacts. Declined call and blocked!

Someone from this number called my cell phone a little before noon and didn't leave a message.

Called my work phone (a 626 number); robocall in Spanish. Probably a scammer/telemarketer.
