This was the number of Edwin Lee Carter. Edwin lived in a retirement home and must have died recently. Now whoever owns the phone is some person from an "energy group." So, just like me, you don't know the person and you can continue to ignore/block the calls.
The moment I said "home owner" he hung up before I could say but our house hold already has photovoltaic panels on our roof so there no need to contact us about green energy. And when I tried calling back the call immediately went to end as if i got blacklisted on his phone or it naturally does that.
Was called 2x today (8:09a & 11:44am). No message/voice mail left. After seeing other individuals comments, glad I did not take the time to answer! Thank you for the trail.
