What a self-serving crock. Bill, you give the name of your company clearly when you place a call that you want returned, you don't hide behind the ol' beep and boop telephone tree. The people answering the phone had better be ready with the name of the company when they make the connection, incoming or outgoing. Why anyone would call this company back at all kind of escapes me, but the company's refusal to properly identify themselves seems to be the main problem with the folks who do call you back.

You are wrong, the only thing they need is the phone number. They pull up there information from the phone number and state the name that they have asociated with that number, if it is you be honest. If it is not you tell them, if you've recently changed your telephone number tell them it is a recycled number. Notice at no time did I disclose any of my own information.
