Had a similar problem with my computer and a "security warning" pop up that froze Safari.  The number 808-518-4618 comments, describe the same problem.  It disturbed me because I had never seen anything like it on a PC. So I force shut down Safari and pulled my internet connection.  After checking the apple support numbers I checked this one to Hawaii and likely a scam as the other commenters describe.
