I asked the guy who called about a circuit problem on my motherboard. He tried to explain how they could fix it - remotely! Since when does a computer motherboard have a power generation system ABT switch? The guy is an idiot. It is a total scam! BEWARE!!!

Received call at 11pm Eastern time.  I typically don't answer home phone but was curious about the caller id from Honolulu.  They said our name a few times but really could not understand much else.  It was a bad connection.

She wanted access to my windows computer. Second time this number called. I told her I did not have a windows computer. She hung up.
