called multiple times non stop and called relatives as well - stating he im involved in fraud actions and will be pressing charges if i do not return the call.
Scammer using the name "Investigator Richard Harris" called both my land lines and left messages on both threatening to "file charges". Appears to be a "debt collection" scam run by an idiot (as most are). He is violating numerous federal and state laws (fake caller ID, threatening call, robocalling, do not call list, and many more, including, whether or not he is actually a debt collector, various provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). I have saved recordings of the threatening phone messages so that I can file charges if I ever find Mr. "Richard Harris".
