call from 920-214-0671 on 5-20-17. Did not answer. No message left.

I am on the no-call list, but still receive these and MANY more unrecognizable calls to my phone. How does one stop these calls?
Some political organization. My name is Diane I believe she said. Don't remember the last name. Wanted to know how I felt about abortions. I told her I don't discus politics with anybody. Tried to tell her to remove our number from their call list but she hurriedly said thank you and hung up. Caller ID said PLC NPAC. Never heard of them. I figure they'd be looking for donations which I'd never give them. I don't donate to political organizations.
They call even on weekends, I answer and then before they even say hello you can hear 40 others working at their stations in the background, so I put them by the radio speaker until they hang up. : ]
