Dec. 17, 2015, 9:54 AM pre-recorded business loan call from "810-221-8995 Michigan" to a cell number.
I answered, and a clear prerecorded woman's voice started out saying "Your business has been pre-approved". . . and later mentioned "if you have been in business for 3 months . . . " and "no collateral" and to press 1 for more information. Neither the caller or company or a phone number were included in the message.
I pressed 1, heard a short pre-recorded woman's voice saying something like to please continue holding while lines are busy. Then a live woman came on who did not have any real accent. She said the line was being recorded, that it was the "business loan center". I asked what their rates are, and she said she had to ask qualifying questions. I said I was the owner, had been in business for a year (the prerecorded message had said you are pre-qualified if in business if over 3 months), but answered that I did not do $16,000 per month in business. She asked how much business I did, and I pressed her who for who was calling, and after saying "business loan center" again, and after another question by me, she hung up.
