Why does a search for "Michigan Home Center" come up with NO results??

As MJG has already said, what we'd really like, Joe, is the physical address and name of the CEO of this "mortgage rescue" company.  The fact is, that this is clearly part of the mortgage rescue scam that is so rampant in Michigan that your own state has put out a warning.

So how is it that this Real Estate Broker could sell a house for you that the bank had already foreclosed on?  Since this is a licensed Real Estate Broker, then you should be able to give us the name and license number.  After all, you are a happy customer right?  You won't though because like all slimy shills you won't come back, you won't provided the requested information or will try to talk around it, and you are a complete failure at trying to convince anyone that this is not a scam.

Your post makes no sense. How could you sell the house if it had already been foreclosed on - and get any of the money?! The house didn't belong to you anymore, but to the bank so all profit would go to them.

If the house had gone into foreclosure, the lender (bank or other institution who carried the paper)  would own the property.  It would be up to the bank to sell the property, either by listing or by auction.  Unless there is some statutory period for redemption, you would be out of the picture.  You would normally be in no position to negotiate anything with anybody.

Also, it would seem to me that the lender would have to approve any attempt to redeem the property.

Your story is making no sense at all.

So.  How about a name for this group.  An address would be helpful too.
