Kathy called my house a few days ago stating I had good news regarding my home in foreclosure. She helped get me in touch with the right people and had great information. Thanks a lot!
Called this number and spoke to "Cathy" . She IDs her company first as "Professional Services", then as "The Home Center". Seems she finds out what properties are going into foreclosure and then attempts to buy them. Either that, or attempts to loan money to people facing foreclosure so that they can redeem the property. But that just puts the borrowers into an even worse position. Basically I suspect she's trying to gain ownership of houses for pretty close to nothing by manipulation of foreclosure laws. As well as scaring people. Other sites have reported she calls relatives of the owners of the affected properties. A lot of really distressed homes and owners in Michigan.

Anyone facing foreclosure should deal with the lender first. Perhaps try to renegotiate terms of the original loan. Avoid any person or group who cold calls you and starts telling you how you can "save" your house from foreclosure.
I would definitely avoid this "Home Center" group.
Received 2 or 3 calls from this number and was transferred to two or three people saying my house was up for foreclosure and up for sheriff sale. I was told by the original person that called that I had $15,000 coming to me I then was transferred to Kathy Hicks who asked if my house was in good condition and told me I had about $15,000 coming to me, she then said she was going to transfer me to yet another person, mentioned two different names and then said she was talking to someone about me. I heard her tell this person that I had $10,000, $15,000 maybe $20,000 coming to me and I was very upset and a "hell of a nice guy" and told me some Ryan guy was going to call me and hung up. Then I received a call from (248)240-3373 said he was Ryan Newman from Remax and Kathy gave him my number. I didn't answer cause I was at work, so he text me asking me to call him.

Received a call from Corinne who put me in touch with her boss, Kathy. Said I had great news regarding my home in foreclosure. They put me in touch with a realtor and in no time my house was up for sale and when it sold I did in fact receive money back! I'm very thankful and pleased with how everything worked out. Thanks!!!
