Yes this number is the canadian pharmacy. I read through what people have been writing and they do call from numbers all over the U.S. I cannot say they are a scam because I have ordered from them twice and received what i ordered twice. It was medication I have been prescribed but costs a lot more here in America. It wasnt a narcotic or anything that anyone could become addicted.to or overuse. Thier calls are annoying but they do what they say.
Have an unlisted, private phone number for obvious reasons (to avoid all the facts stated in the comments listed thus far). Received a call from this number today with no message. Definitely will not call it back due to all comments listed by various people. Thank you everyone.
Confirmed as Canadian pharmacy. These companies have plagued me for years, don't know how they got my number, but even after requesting to have me removed from their telemarketing efforts they didn't and subsequently sold my contact information to anyone who would buy it. Usually don't answer calls unless they are on my contact list, this number was coming up 3-4 times. If you block it, they simply use a different number. They also harvested two email addresses I have, one which I use only for family, so they had to really go out of their way to get this information, once they had it though, I started getting email solicitations from all over the globe. I have my own email server so I've been blocking IP addresses for over a year, have block more than 50,000 IP addresses of known spammers, preventing them from even connecting to my mail server. At one point I was getting 20+ emails a day, now it's down to 3-4 a week. I should sell these IP addresses to make up for the lost time and effort I've had stopping the insanity.
I did some digging on who gives my phone number out to health service providers, and it seems that because last year I was on Obamacare through an exchange but this year I have my employer's health plan, the Obamacare system thinks I have just not signed up, or I am procrastinating or simply don't have health insurance. Hence every healthcare provider in that system in North America has been telemarketing to me because they think I am ripe for a sale. Really annoying to have to pay for these calls as they come in on my cell phone number.
