Please do not fall for these threats. Ask for validation of the debt, proof of any payday loan because this company uses information that consumers place on a "pay day loan" site that is actually a phishing site for private information. Check with your state Attorney General office because if legal action is threatened and they are a valid collection company, they must pursue legal actions. Also, any collection company must provide proof of the debt if requested.
They threatened to call references and I don't even know how they got them. I am turning the information over to the authorities. Don't fall for this it is a lie. When I attempted to call them back after calling them onto the carpet they got mad and wouldn't answer my phone calls. Instead they threatened to call my job and my references. I haven't applied for a payday loan so I am not sure how they got references. Don't get taken in by this.
guy said i owed them money and i said no i didnt, they said if i dont pay they can take legal action. I told them i dont have a pay day loan and asked to speak to a manager, the manager clearly not from the US told me his name was Alex Smith, very unlikely. These people are clearly a [***] scam and i wish i could go down to tampa and chew there [***] in person!
THIS IS A SCAM...DO NOT REPLY TO THESE PEOPLE...THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE ILLEGAL PEOPLE DOING ILLEGAL THINGS IN OUR COUNTRY...THEY SHOULD RETURN TO THEIR OWN HOMELAND AND SCAM THEIR OWN PEOPLE.

Yep, complete scam!! They called me twice this morning at my WORK!!!! I work for the government and threatened to turn them in but that didn't stop them! This is not the first time this has happened and I'm sure not the last! I just laugh at them!!!
