This is a scam. They use scare tactics to get people to pay them money to "avoid going to jail" when the people receiving these calls have done absolutely nothing wrong and are in no danger of going to jail. Unfortunately, it has worked on people, especially elderly people. These scammers are horrible, horrible people.
They cld me and asked for my attorney info and I asked the for what. A guy with an indian accent was very rude said if I didn't make a payment he would have me arrested tmrw by 11 am at my address. He did have my ss#, home & email address. He wouldn't give me any info as to when I took the loan out and he told me there website address was ovlg.com which is a bankruptcy webite after I threatened to report him he hung up. He did say his name was Austin Jones. I think these its fraud if you applied for a loan online they get your info from there and to get you pay over the phone by scarng you.
