This number called at 9:15 this morning and woke me up, didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number from Seffner, FL and they left no message!!! what happened to the DO NOT CALL LIST?
Called asking for Brian. I said there is no Brian at this number. He then said : are you the homeowner at; and he stated my address. He said he was calling from the electric company . When I asked him to give me his number and I would have someone call him back, his reply was "oh this is too weird for me." And he hung up.

I suspect these 3rd world scammers are building a list of active phone numbers to sell to other scammers (I call it "hoovering"). I complete unknown calls from my area code without salutation and then note how the callers identify themselves. Hoovers will disconnect immediately.
