Willing to bet that's not the NRA as in National Rifle Assn, but NRA as in National Recovery Agency...debt collectors. Might not even be you they're looking for...could be a relative or a neighbor they're trying to find. Could even be a shot in the dark because you have the same last name as someone they're pursuing. Tenacious lot who often bark up the wrong tree.
