Got a call from a Brian Danner stating I needed to get a message to my brother about fraud charges being filled aginst him from the state of CO. But yet his number is a Florida number and I live in MI he also called my fiancé phone that is under my name and left a similar voicemail.
I called back to find out the company name and it is PMC Processing.
I looked up the company followed by his name and found complaints about him under a different number.
512-640-6172 that is no longer in use.
Beware everything I found tells me this guy is fake..
It's a group going around telling people that they are going to be arrested for what amounts to a civil debt. Total scam operation. No idea where they are located. Ignore and block any calls you receive from this number.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them. Tell 'em no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking). the only thing they understand.
I got a called from him yesterday brian.. But he transferred me over to another guy.. They new only my information and this is very scary... I was about to pay the money but something didn't feel right. I don't know how they got my information and last four of my SSN.. I don't know what to do. I called the place that they were talking about and they said that they didn't make any case.
He called back and said that they were a third party and since I didn't have The money he was going to send my case over to be process and I was going to jail..
