It's a reach for a non-lawyer settlement firm to claim it gets out-of-court settlements; perhaps you should tone down your rhetoric. If you were a law firm, creditors would have to deal with you but since you're not, the law allows creditors to completely ignore you. Do your clients understand that their creditors have no legal obligation to deal with you at all?

They had called me twice in the past two weeks, and when I research them online, I found they are financial business company that is a third-party in settling financial lawsuits, they are not a lawfirm or debt collection company. Given I do own a business or owe anyone any money (I'm debit free), I'm ignoring Emerge 180, given the complains here on 800Notes make it sound this company is complex scam. After all, why bother to go through many different phone numbers in the past 5 years? I'm permanently blocking them from ever calling me, given the complaints here tell me they will continue to call me to get me to buy their services for nothing. I'm not in debt, I do not own a business, and I'm not being sued given I have not ever been given a summons by a court or heard from any lawyer.
