I got these same annoying calls but anybody with 2 cents can realize that the reason companies give their 800 or 888 or 866 # is so that the person can call back TOLL FREE. They know we have the other # on caller ID. I can admit I didnt pay my loan and my checks bounced. Im not gonna act like I am clueless... YES these calls are annoying and they are wasting their time CAUSE THEY WONT EVER GET ME TO PAY THIS... But it kills me that people act like they are victims when they KNOW what they did.. WHOA IS ME
I pay all of my bills. When I say that I never gotten a payday loan I didn't. So you need to take care of your business and I'll take care of mine. I'VE NEVER GOT ONE AND I NEVER WILL. So you should take responsibility and pay the loan that you got! This is about being harassed and the call need to stop by these people trying get money out of people that don't know how they got their numbers. Have a blessed day!
The OP made it clear the debt is not his. We are not talking about a debt incurred by the OP and being collected under FDCPA guidelines. Instead, we have calls from a fly-by-night compnay (reports starting in the last month) about debts they can't verify. Apples and oranges
Here is the deal. You are a shill. You troll forums looking for anyone who questions or reports calls from a number. Normally this complaints are from people who claim they did not make the debt. Then trolls like you start the "your a deadbeat", "man up", and "take responsibility" crap. How if life in the boiler room? If you come back, I'll call your boss and tell him you are blogging on company time. He might take your crayons away and cancel your playday with Tommy Troll.
