Who called from 8133454099

I was contacted by this number, saying I won 2nd place in publisher clearing house sweepstakes. And that they were coming to my house this monday between 9&11

I missed a call from this number.  I get an FLP-02 call cannot be completed as dialed. ??

I got a call from this law firm, they said that I won 2nd place in a clearinghouse sweepstakes and they wanted to be sure that i was going to be home monday between 9 and 11 for a courrier to hand deliver a check for $500,000.00. They already had all my address, phone #, all my information. They didn't ask for any money or anything. I had entered a lot of sweepstakes, it's kind of a hobby of mine. I am wondering how or what they are scamming? And WHY DIDN'T THEY SHOW UP??? LOL

Did they just hang up on you? and what state are you in if you dont mind me asking? I was called also.
