I'm getting the same problem with this phone number, when I did a reverse lookup, it comes up listed as a cell phone number and I don't find any business in Tampa with this name listed. They keep calling and hanging up and I've called back only to get a message. This is MADNESS!!
Normally I'll get a blocked call and when I answer and say 'hello' the phone hangs up. This time the above referenced number showed in my display and when I called back it rang business. Please make the madness stop.
