Who called from 8134186239

I've been getting calls from this number for about 2 weeks now and it is constant every day. When I try to answer it, I get hung up on. I've signed up my numbers on the donotcall.gov website, but that doesn't seem to be working. I don't know what to do next.

I've been getting calls from this number and finally found that it is the Daily News in Tampa.  When I spoke to someone and requested they take me off their list they hung up.

they keep calling me too. i hate it. everyday, no one answers, i try to call back, it's busy.
