Constantly calling.  I have blocked the number.  I think this may be a company that calls your phone and records the Tim's you answer then sells your number to telemarketers.

They call several times a day, can't understand what they say. If you call back it doesn't ring.

Calls too much! I don't answer and have now blocked this number. Then I was called from a number in my state that said AUTOCARE. They must have numerous numbers. BLOCK!

Multiple calls per day they don't leave a message can't call them back just says dialing very annoying almost to the point of harassment.
