Won't stop calling multiple times a day

rolling number of robo calls connected to a computer shooting out calls in
rapid succession.  refuse to accept one's return call.  should be subject of
federal investigation

Called 7 times within three days will not remove my number says it is regarding insurance in Florida, told them numerous times to remove my number and they hang up on me each time.  Eventually blocked them from my phone

It is rude to call someone everyday and hang up.  I am mad as H stop calling me

I get calls from these people several times in a week no answer just a beep sound.  I want these calls stopped by I don't know how please help
