Who called from 8134895799

I got a call from 813-489-5799 - Sun City Center, FL. I do not know anybody there.
If this is a real call why do not leave a voice message, No voice message then no call back from me. I am not going to loose anything. I feel like a marketing or a spam caller.

Scam they keep calling from different numbers but same message oh oh hello you have won

Called left no message. If a message isn't lefr,I don't call back.

Fake hotel vacation scam. Claimed that I stayed at one of their resorts and qualified for a bunch of stuff. Tried to cut me off and transfer me before I could correct them. Definitely a scam, shocking that it's an actual human and not a machine.
