Who called from 8136051068

21 October 2014 @ 136PM received a call from this number on my cell phone. Didn't answer it as I was in the doctors office. No message on voice mail.

I thought I recognized the number, so I called back.

Got a recorded message that said something about..." the survey I wanted to participate in, was closed. But, I could select another survey to do by listening ...."....

So, I blocked the phone number.

Called me on Oct. 22, 201. No message left

Call started with "Congratulations.  You have been selected to receive..."  I ended the call at that point.  Call was to cell phone.

Got a call to cellphone, it indicate Tampa-Central, FL. 813-605-1068. Usually I do not answer to unknown calls. No voice message left. It should be marketing or a scam. If a real caller shod be leave a message.

Got numerous calls from 813-605-1068 and when I answered there was no response or messages left.
