This number called my cell phone. No message was left. Probably a scam. Just blocked them.

Call began with "I'm calling from the customer service department, can you hear me ok?"

Of course, I didn't say anything. The recording continued with "Great! I'm calling to offer you...." to which I hung up.

I blocked this caller and recommend that you do the same.
