They called me and stated I was being sued for $989. After reading this affidavit to me he gave me the option to send a notirized letter via fax with my social and bank information to authorize this money to be takin from my account.m if refused to tell when this money was given and the actually name of the people I owe.
they called my husband saying he had charges against him and were claiming to be a law firm. they said they needed our lawyers info. they also had our address, bank account numbers, ss#'s and full names. when i asked to speak to a manager they said this wasn't possible. when i looked up the number it says they are a telecom business but like i said before they claim to be a law firm. how can i fix this????
