Just got a call asking me if I want a government contract, Caller ID says FDI National but caller used Federal Dimensions in the pitch? He did not sound professional to say the least and when I inquired about some of the bad things about the GSA in Vegas, he hung up on me. When I Googled FDI National, there doesn’t seem to be much about them so I don’t think they are very experienced. However, when I Google Federal Dimensions, I get a whole lot of SCAM results and most point to the owner Cindy Bertoli, she even has her record posted on Rip Off Report and the company name came up with nothing but a bunch of information regarding scam. I guess he didn’t realize what a favor he did by hanging up on me.

Got another call from this number trying to sell me a GSA ? I told the lady I'm working nights, DO NOT CALL but this is the 3rd time this week. She said she was FDI National and when I asked her name again she said Federal Dimensions so I told her to figure out who she is and stop calling me.
I didn't catch the girls name, but somebody from this number called and said that she sees that we are registered with the ccr government contract site. And wanted to help us with the government contracts. They have called my office three times with three different people. It is a scam, these leaches are getting private information about companies that register with the federal government. How are they doing this? Who is watching over our information that is supposed to restricted, private and confidential? And is FDI National the same as Federal Dimensions? A Cindy Bertolli ran that one and she has a long track record on file! How can these people be allowed to do this?

It's true, FDI National (www.fdinational.com) is the new name Cindy Bertoli is selling GSA contract services under. She used to run a company called Federal Dimensions that prepared GSA documents. That's an incredible record she has - how is she allowed to handle legal documents for the federal government? I couldn't believe this could be true so I went to: http://www.dc.state.fl.us/InmateReleases/ and looked up DC# 357283 and it's all there - incredible - Buyer Beware.
I got a call from (813) 644-8288 today. The voice mail stated (very fast and very difficult to understand- I had to listen to it several times to get the ACTUAL message) "This is Cindy B. from FDI National calling about a possible contract with our company. Please call me back at (813) 644-8288." I called the number back and some guy that tells me he gets these calls all the time. I have several problems with these types of people - #1, my number is on the do not call register, which means you must not be above board in the first place - #2, if I want your service and need the business, I have the business intelligence to actually research your type of service and decide for myself, and #3 don't assume that I am such an idiot that I wouldn't research your service and your company before I give my hard earned money and #4 - and MOST importantly - if you are going to call me - solicited or unsolicited....speak ENGLISH unless you WISH to have me hang up on you!!!! The sole reason for the return phone call was to deliver the above message, even before I did the research on this company. I hope I get the call next time =)
And Cindy B. or Cindy Bertoli or whoever you are – I hope you’re reading this because we now know who you are and this board will tell the whole world to watch out for you.

What’s with all of those aliases? How you can be in business and allowed to handle confidential corporate information? And why did you change your company name: Federal Dimensions is now operating as FDI National – did you not think we wouldn’t find out about you and warn others? First multiple aliases and now multiple company names – are you kidding?
